Improving Intimacy
Honest conversations about the taboos we don’t talk about at church — a podcast, a course, and a community where real questions get clinically accurate, compassionate answers.
The podcast
The Improving Intimacy in Latter-day Saint Relationships podcast helps single and married people strengthen their most important connections — tackling sexuality, desire, shame, and faith with clarity and warmth. Episodes blend clinical insight with real stories, including the questions listeners are too afraid to ask anywhere else.
The course
A self-paced online course that moves you from the “mechanics” of communication to genuinely deeper connection — ten weekly modules with daily Growth Opportunity exercises of 20–30 minutes. Built for individuals: married, dating, divorced, or single, and it doesn’t require your partner’s participation to begin working. Because relationship problems aren’t created in relationships — they’re discovered there.
“In just a few weeks you have changed that cycle in our marriage… we have moved from managing our relationship to connecting and healing.”
— C.M. & M.M., course participants
The community
The Improving Intimacy in Latter-day Saint Relationships community is a private, moderated Facebook group where thousands of members ask anonymous questions, share experiences, and get guidance grounded in both compassion and clinical accuracy. All views along the faith spectrum are welcome — the group’s mission is to enhance wisdom and understanding around sexual health, desire, and intimacy while reducing shame.
