Shop — Course & Membership

Everything here is open to anyone, anywhere. You don’t need to live in a state where I’m licensed, and none of it requires a therapy appointment.

There are really only two things for sale — a course you work through on your own, and a membership where the conversation keeps going. The rest is just how you’d like to pay for them.

Improving Intimacy: The Course — $197

Ten modules, 46 lessons and eight guided exercises, with progress tracking and a certificate at the end. Entirely private — nobody sees your progress but you, and there is nothing to post. A one-time purchase you keep permanently.

You can read the full curriculum lesson by lesson before deciding.

The Inner Circle — from $19 a month

Members-only essays written with real clinical depth, and five private forums where you can ask the question you’ve been carrying under a name of your choosing. Nothing posted there is public or indexed by search engines. The monthly live Q&A and premium podcast feed open during the founding period.

Three ways to pay — identical access in all three.

Improving Intimacy Complete — $349

The full course, yours for good, plus twelve months in the Inner Circle — one payment of $349, nothing recurring. If you were going to buy the course anyway at $197, this puts the year of membership at $152 instead of $190. When the twelve months are up nothing renews on its own; you decide then whether to carry on monthly.

Not sure which?

The course if you want a defined path with a beginning and an end, you’d rather work privately, or you’re doing this without a partner’s participation. The Inner Circle if what you actually need is somewhere to ask. Complete if you want both and would rather not think about it again for a year.

Neither, for now, if money is tight. The blog and the public podcast are substantial and free, and they always will be. Compare everything side by side →
