A course with weekly module releases for understanding the patterns, fears, and beliefs that shape intimacy. Designed for one person to work through privately; your partner’s participation is not required.
- Ten modules, from orientation to putting the work into daily life. Modules 0 and 1 open immediately at enrollment. Modules 2–9 unlock at seven-day intervals, from Module 2 on day 7 through Module 9 on day 56.
- Guided written exercises alongside the lessons.
- Work at your own pace with the modules already released, and return to the course when you need it.
