This Refund Policy applies to digital courses and products purchased through danielaburgess.com. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
Digital courses & downloads
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, email daniel@ascent.clinic with your name, order number, and the reason for your request.
Because courses and downloadable materials are delivered digitally and cannot be “returned,” refunds are not available after 14 days, or once you have accessed the majority of the course, except where required by law.
Coaching & consultation sessions
Fees for booked coaching or consultation sessions are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Therapy services are billed and governed separately under your clinical services agreement, not this Policy.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
