After more than forty years as an active Latter-day Saint, I left the church. It was one of the hardest decisions of my life. That experience informs my work with people who are staying, questioning, leaving, or finding different paths within the same marriage.
I do not have an agenda for your faith. I want to understand what matters to you and help you work toward a relationship that reflects your values.

My work also includes more than a decade of teaching and presenting on sexuality, relationships, and emotional well-being, alongside the Improving Intimacy podcast.

A little about life outside the work
My wife, Julie, and I are the parents of two sons and three daughters. I am also a neurodivergent adult managing ADHD and dyslexia. Family life and that experience of feeling different shape the perspective I bring to this work.
