About renewal. This plan renews automatically so your access does not lapse in the middle of a conversation. You will get an email 30 days and again 7 days before each renewal, the date and amount are always visible in your account, and cancelling takes one click and keeps your access through the end of the period you have already paid for. No phone call, no retention script.
